Today, José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup (TFG) announced the names of two original restaurant concepts coming to the new Conrad Los Angeles, a 305-room luxury hotel located in The Grand LA, Downtown Los Angeles’ new 24-7 destination for shopping, dining, entertainment and hospitality, as well as a paradigm-shifting place to live. Conrad Hotels & Resorts is one of Hilton’s three distinct luxury hotel brands and Conrad Los Angeles is the brand’s first property in California.
A signature dining experience from Chef José Andrés at Conrad Los Angeles featuring the flavors of Spain as seen through a California lens, highlighting the beautiful ingredients of the abundant Golden State. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be available at San Laurel where the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market meets modern Spain. Menu highlights include Veal Osso Bucco for Two, finished tableside; Grilled Romaine with Parmesan Espuma; and Crab Croquetas.
