From The Bazaar DC’s Dark Chocolate Baba Rum with sakura ice cream and cherries, to China Chilcano’s delicate Sakura Crystal Dumplings, each dish captures the season’s vibrant flavors. At Oyamel, the Como la Flor cocktail blends Roku gin and Mezcal for a smoky-sweet finish, while Zaytinya offers a unique cheese course with Manouri Cream, balanaced with balsamic cherries, sweet cherries, and candied almonds.
