At José Andrés Media (JAM) we believe that a meal is never just a plate of food. It tells the story of who we are and where we’re going. And it has the power to change the world. We are storytellers exploring the ways that food connects us all: our shared food history and food future.

We work across all types of media: from TV and streaming shows to social video, from books to newsletters, from podcasts to movies. We’re always looking for great food stories, creative ways to tell them, and the partners who can help build the biggest audiences.

Our first streaming show launches on Discovery+ in late 2022, featuring José and his daughters eating their way across Spain. José’s podcast, Longer Tables, launched in September, with a unique mix of interviews, cooking demos and audience questions. His Substack newsletter, also called Longer Tables, launched in mid-2022 and embraces a wide range of food stories, including José’s personal tastes and culinary interests, food issues in the news, and subscriber-only recipes. We also produce Pressure Cooker, a podcast hosted by two working mothers who explore and explain the challenges — and solutions — of feeding families in our age of anxiety.
