Enjoy our restaurants with a José Andrés Group Gift Card. The gift cards purchased online can be used at any José Andrés Group-managed restaurant (DC:  China Chilcano, Jaleo, Oyamel, Zaytinya, Spanish Diner, barmini and minibar by José Andrés, Beefsteak, The Bazaar; NYC: Mercado Little Spain, The Bazaar, Zaytinya, Nubeluz; Chicago: Jaleo, Pigtail; Disney Springs: Jaleo; South Beach: Zaytinya.)

Gift cards cannot be used at certain hotel and partnership locations (Bazaar Meat Chicago, Bar Mar, any Las Vegas locations, any Los Angeles locations, Fish by José Andrés, or Jaleo Dubai). Holiday bonus cards cannot be redeemed at the above or Beefsteak, minibar, barmini, or Zaytinya South Beach.

Gift Card FAQs

Does my Holiday Promo expire? 
Yes, the Bonus $20 must be used January 1 – March 31, 2024, but the gift cards can be used any time without expiration. *Not valid on February 14, 2024.

Where can gift cards be used? 
The gift cards purchased online can be used at any José Andrés Group managed restaurant (DC:  China Chilcano, Jaleo, Oyamel, Zaytinya, Spanish Diner, barmini and minibar by José Andrés, Beefsteak, The Bazaar; NYC: Mercado Little Spain, The Bazaar, Zaytinya, Nubeluz; Chicago: Jaleo, Pigtail; Disney Springs: Jaleo). 

Gift cards cannot be used at certain hotel and partnership locations (Zaytinya South Beach, Bazaar Meat Chicago, Bar Mar, any Las Vegas locations, any Los Angeles locations, or Fish by José Andrés, or Jaleo Dubai).

I recently received an email stating my gift card has been re-issued. Is this accurate?
Yes! Our gift card partner, Paytronix, recently re-issued select gift cards due to a technical update. Please provide your server with the new gift card issued upon closing out your check when dining at a participating restaurant. Please click here to check your gift card balance.

Can I use a gift card for online purchased through third party sites? 
Currently our gift cards are not supported on any third party-sites including Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Caviar, Toast, and shoplittlespain.com.

Can I use my gift card for takeout or delivery? 
At this time, you can only use your gift cards for takeout orders placed with the restaurant directly either via phone or in person for pick-up. Delivery orders are transactions through third-party sites which are not supported.

How do I find out my card balance? 
To check the balance of an existing gift card please check here.

I didn’t receive my eGift card, what do I do? 
Check your spam or junk filter and be sure to add guest@tsg.pxsmail.com to your safe senders list. If you are still unable to locate your card, please email GiftCertificates@joseandres.com to request a new confirmation email.

Can I purchase a physical card? 
Yes, you can purchase physical cards at many of our restaurants. While they are branded specifically to the restaurant where it was purchased, our cards can be used at any José Andrés Group-managed restaurant.

Do I have to print out my eGift card? 
It is not required that you print out your eGift card. You can simply show the server or manager your phone with the card number present for them to use it.

Does my gift card expire? 
No, our gift cards do not expire.
